What is the appropriate age range for the bundles?


The digital resources in our bundle are appropriate for ages 3 - 12, some are great for even older children. We also have a few options for toddler aged children.




My child is under the age of 3. Is the bundle for us?


Yes! While the bundle is designed mainly for children ages 3 and up, many printables can be adapted for younger children.




I bought past bundles. Are the printables in the new one the same as in the previous ones?


No, not at all. Each of our bundles are a fresh new collection of printables, so it is different to the ones from the previous years.




Will anything be shipped to me?


This is a digital product that you will either use on your computer, tablet or print out as printables. Therefore nothing will be shipped to you.




What language are the bundle in?


Our multilingual bundles come in English, German, Spanish and French languages.




Can I purchase individual products from the bundle?


During the sales week, you can only purchase these beautiful printables as a bundle. Once the sale is over, I will link each individual printable to the corresponding shops. You can also reach out to the creators directly and purchase individual printables from them.




Do you have a toddler bundle?


We have quite a few materials in this bundle that are suitable for your little one. Like the busy books, farm animals for example. The flashcards that most of the printables also have, can be used as vocabulary cards at this stage too. The great thing with our bundles is that you can continue using them as your child grows older and develops more skills and shows interest in different subjects. You will be well prepared to just quickly go through the printables and print what is suitable for him at any given moment.




Is this a curriculum?


This is a bundle of individual printables from 38 different shops/creators. Although there are 7 main themes in this bundle, this is not a curriculum.

I’m not interested in all the topics. Is it still worth it?

You pay just ONE TIME for lifetime access to the bundle :) The download link will be valid for 365 days, so you will have plenty of time downloading all your resources to your computer. We recommend you do so asap. Once downloaded, you can use your resources whenever you want. They are yours for good.




When will I receive access to the bundles I purchase?


As these are digital materials, you will gain instant access to all of the products you order. Following your purchase, you will be instantly led to a thank you page with links to download the bundle from Google Drive and Dropbox. You will also be able to download your bonus materials from here and find all the special deals. Furthermore, your download link will be emailed to your main email address. So please check your inbox for emails from support@mymegabundles.com. The download link is valid for 365 days. If you experience any issues, please contact us at support@mymegabundles.com Please note that some banks will place a hold on your card if this is your first purchase from our website. This will easily get resolved, by asking your bank to lift the hold for this purchase.




Do you offer refunds?


We truly appreciate all the feedback we receive from our customers and we always strive to perfect our products. However, due to the digital nature of the bundle products we are unable to offer refunds. Should you encounter any trouble accessing the bundle after purchase, contact us at support@mymegabundles.com and we will ensure you receive it.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A DONWLOAD LINK YET. WHAT CAN I DO?


Don't worry. There’s likely to be a simple, solvable explanation to what may have happened such as:

1. The email somehow went to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder first.
2. Run a search in your inbox for our mymegabundles.com This will bring up the order email. 3. Use the order recovery link: https://transactions.sendowl.com/order_recoveries/new?merchant_id=138813

4. Perhaps you mistyped your email address when ordering (you're not alone - this happens often). Please email us at support@mymegabundles.com, so we can send you the files. Please include your payment receipt in your email so that we can quickly investigate this for you.

5. If you paid by PayPal and it is a different address, then perhaps the order went through to that email address. Please double check it. If none of the above works, please email us at support@mymegabundles.com

I bought the bundle, but can not see the download link?


Please note that the access link to your bundle was emailed to you straight away. Check your inbox including your SPAM folder and make sure you add our email address support@mymegabundles.com to your address book. If the email is not in the SPAM folder, then please run a search for the term: mymegabundles.com This will bring up the order email.

If you can not find your order email, please send us the payment confirmation to our email address support@mymontessorihub.com

I CAN NOT OPEN THE FOLDERS AFTER I DOWNLOAD THEM.


I am so sorry about that. There seems to be an issue with some latest computer software upgrades, which I was only made aware of. What helps to solve this issue is:
1. Download the folder via a different browser (you can skip this and try the steps below first)
2. Move the whole folder to your Documents folder on your computer
3. Create a new folder in your documents folder names Summer Bundle for example (you can name it anyway you wish)
4. Open the folder you downloaded, select all subfolders and move it to the new folder you just created
5. Now you should be able to open your documents If the above is not working, then you might want to use your zip software to extract everything from within. You can get a free zip software here: https://www.7-zip.org




MY PAYMENT IS NOT GOING THROUGH


I am sorry to hear that. Oftentimes, it is the bank who blocks the payment to a new company. Please call your bank and let them know the date and website you tried to make the payment for www.mymegabundles.com. You can also ask them to allow future payments to us. This works in 99% of the cases!




CAN I DOWNLOAD THE FILES TO MY PHONE?


Yes you can, but some people had success with it, some did not. What I always do with digital bundles is that I download everything to the computer, do a backup on the hard drive and Dropbox and then transfer files that I need on my phone via bluetooth. That works perfectly.





PRINTING ISSUES

My printables are printed with black boxes behind the images.


Unfortunately, at times, black boxes can appear when some of the printables are printed. Therefore please make sure you follow these instructions: 1. Download and install the most up-to-date version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is normally already on your computer, so make sure it is the latest version. If you do not have it on your computer, please download it for free here. 2. Download the printables to your computer. ​​ 3. Open the printables via Adobe PDF Reader.​ Make sure you do not use the web versdion, but the desktop version. 4. Print one page that has images on them. ​​ 5. If the test print still shows black boxes behind the images, then please set the advanced settings to Print as Image, by following these steps: a) File >> Print b) Click on Advanced c) Check the “Print as Image” box and click OK. d) Click on the Print button If you are a Mac user, then the PDFs normally open via Preview by default. Please make sure you open the file via Adobe PDF Reader. To do that, right click on the file name fo the printable and then click on Open With and select Adobe Acrobat Reader.




PDF is asking me for a password. What is the password?


Please note that are printables do not require a password, unless specifically indicated previously. However, some of the computers might sometimes ask for a password to open, view or print the PDF. Here are some of the reasons why this could happen: If you opened the PDF via Preview on a Mac or via a PDF viewer other than Adobe on a PC If you opened the file in another program, for example PhotoShop etc. Here is what you can do: If you are using a Mac, please make sure you open the printable (PDF) via Adobe PDF Reader and not via Preview Please make sure that you have the most current version of the Adobe PDF Reader (you can download it for free here) Another thing that seems to randomly help (and I don’t actually know why), is downloading the file using a different browser (Chrome if you used Safari, etc)
