What is the appropriate age range for the Spring MEGA Bundle?
The digital resources in our bundle are appropriate for ages 3 - 9, some are great for even older children. We also have a few options for toddler aged children.
My child is under the age of 3. Is the bundle for us?
Yes! While the bundle is designed mainly for children ages 3 and up, many printables can be adapted for younger children.
I bought the Spring bundle last year. Is it the same as this one?
No, not at all. This bundle is a fresh new collection of printables, so it is different to the one from the previous years. Furthermore, about 50% of all printables you receive are brand new.
Will anything be shipped to me?
This is a digital product that you will either use on your computer, tablet or print out as printables. Therefore nothing will be shipped to you.
I’m not an expert with technology...will it be hard to use my bundle?
Absolutely not! We’ve made the process as clear and simple as possible. Our bundle is easy to download and use. Once you buy the bundles you will be sent to a thank you page, where you can download all the PDFs. You will also receive an email with your download link, which will be valid for 365 days.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the bundle products we are unable to offer refunds. Should you encounter any trouble accessing the bundle after purchase, contact us at support@mymegabundles.com and we will ensure you receive it.
Is this a one-time fee or do I need to make recurring monthly payments?
You pay just ONE TIME for lifetime access to the bundle :) The download link will be valid for 365 days, so you will have plenty of time downloading all your resources to your computer. We recommend you do so asap. Once downloaded, you can use your resources whenever you want. They are yours for good.
I placed my order but haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do now?
Don't worry. There’s likely to be a simple, solvable explanation to what may have happened such as:
1. The email somehow went to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder first.
4. Perhaps you mistyped your email address when ordering (you're not alone - this happens often). Please email us at support@mymegabundles.com, so we can send you the files. Please include your payment receipt in your email so that we can quickly investigate this for you.
5. If you paid by PayPal and it is a different address, then perhaps the order went through to that email address. Please double check it.
When will I receive access to the bundles I purchase?
As these are digital materials, you will gain instant access to all of the products you order. Following your purchase, you will be instantly led to a thank you page with some important information and a download link. Furthermore, your download link will be emailed to your main email address. So please check your email. The download link is valid for 365 days.

I bought the bundle, but can not see the download link?
Please note that the access link to your bundle was emailed to you straight away. Check your inbox including your SPAM folder and make sure you add our email address support@mymegabundles.com to your address book.

ISSUES
Help! My printables are printing with black frames behind the images.
This issue is normally solved if you print the printables via Adobe PDF Reader. Please open the printables in Adobe PDF Reader and then print from within. Sometimes adjusting the printer advanced settings to Print As Image helps. We made sure that we added this information to you in your FAQs document and our emails.
Printables are asking for password.
Please note that our printables do not require a password, unless specifically indicated.
1. If you opened the PDF via Preview on a Mac or via a PDF viewer other than Adobe on a PC
2. If you opened the file in another program, for example PhotoShop etc.
If you are using a Mac, please make sure you open the printable (PDF) via Adobe PDF Reader and not via Preview
Please make sure that you have the most current version of the Adobe PDF Reader (you can download it for free here)
Another thing that seems to randomly help (and I don’t actually know why), is downloading the file using a different browser (Chrome if you used Safari, etc)
