What ages is this designed for?
The Swan Lake Puppet Theatre works beautifully for ages 4–12. Younger children love the puppets and the performance; older children engage deeply with the character studies, scripts, and composer study. Many families find it a wonderful group activity where different ages each contribute something.
Do I need a special printer for the 17×11" theatre?
Most home printers print up to US Letter (8.5×11"). The Grand Theatre backdrop is designed for tabloid-size printing — just take the file to FedEx Office, Staples, or any local print shop. It typically costs a few dollars to print and the result is well worth it.
Can I print this more than once?
Yes. Once you download, the file is yours to keep. Print as many times as you'd like for your own family. Many families print a fresh set for each performance — or let children colour their puppets differently each time.
Do I need to be a Charlotte Mason homeschooler to use this?
Not at all. The Swan Lake set works in any homeschool style — classical, eclectic, traditional, or unschooling. We draw inspiration from Charlotte Mason's love of living books and the arts, but the content is welcoming to every family.
