Johnny Appleseed Printable Pack
Created by My Mega Bundles
Johnny Appleseed is a real man whose story has taken on the feel of a storybook. John Chapman walked across the American frontier and planted carefully fenced apple nurseries for settling families. Over time, the tales about him grew into legend. This Johnny Appleseed printable pack helps children tell the true history from the folklore, and it gives them plenty of hands-on learning along the way.
This 46-page Johnny Appleseed unit study is made for children ages 4–12. Little learners can start with the letter Aa, counting and a maze. Older children can work through map scale, a Venn diagram and a density experiment. It suits Charlotte Mason and Montessori-inspired homeschools, autumn apple-season rhythms and Johnny Appleseed Day on September 26.
